1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, enrolling, purchasing, or otherwise using Tejas Classes, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• Provide accurate, current information and keep account details updated.
• Keep passwords, OTPs, and access credentials confidential and do not share accounts.
• Use only roles and permissions assigned to you and notify us about suspected unauthorized access.
• If you are a minor, use the service with authorization from a parent, guardian, school, or authorized center where required.

3. Educational services

Courses, tests, schedules, faculty, centers, study materials, features, and availability may differ by offering and may change for academic, operational, or safety reasons. Specific enrollment details shown at purchase or registration form part of these terms.

4. Enrollments, fees, and payments

• Fees, installment terms, discounts, demo access, taxes, and payment deadlines are shown with the relevant offering.
• Enrollment may remain pending until payment is verified and required information is received.
• Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and missed installments are handled according to the terms shown for the offering and applicable law.
• Users are responsible for accurate billing information and any charges imposed by their bank or payment provider.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, record, redistribute, sell, or publicly share protected course or test content without permission.
• Do not cheat, impersonate another person, manipulate results, misuse attendance, or bypass access controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Do not disrupt the platform, probe security, scrape data, introduce malware, or use automated access without authorization.
• Treat students, faculty, staff, and other users respectfully in messages, classes, reviews, and community spaces.

6. Content and intellectual property

Tejas Classes and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, branding, software, course materials, recordings, tests, graphics, and related content. Enrollment provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use assigned content for learning during the permitted access period.

7. Content submitted by users

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Tejas Classes permission to host, process, display, and share that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, connectivity, third-party services, emergencies, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Features may be updated, replaced, or discontinued with reasonable consideration for active users.

9. Educational outcomes

Courses and guidance support learning but do not guarantee examination results, grades, admission, employment, certification by another organization, or any particular outcome. Results depend on many factors, including participation and individual effort.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risks, unlawful conduct, misuse, or material violation of these terms. Users may stop using the service at any time, while outstanding obligations and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

11. Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tejas Classes is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Users remain responsible for their devices, connectivity, conduct, and compliance with these terms.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in Patna, Bihar, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms, and material changes will be identified by a revised effective date or an appropriate service notice.
